Documents up to date
Tachograph card, licence, medical certificates, roadworthiness test, insurance, community licence copy: Tirko reads the expiry date and alerts you 30, 14, 7 and 1 day before.
CMR checked on the spot
The driver sends a photo of the CMR at unloading. Tirko checks the signatures, the stamp and any reservations, so the invoice isn't rejected.
Invoices paid on time
You log the invoice, Tirko reminds you of the due date and prepares the payment reminder in the client's language.

TollRO · Romania
The per-km toll has started. Fines may follow.
Since 1 October 2026, trucks over 3.5 tonnes pay TollRO per kilometre in Romania. The platform has crashed twice (1 and 9 October) and the rules change from week to week.
- Payment is mandatory: a route ticket (72 hours) or the TollRO app. A bank transfer to CNAIR is not a TollRO payment.
- If the distance can't be determined, you owe 2,000 lei per 12 hours. If you don't pay within 72 hours of the letter: a fine of 10–20 times the toll.
- When the platform is down, CNAIR does not fine. Still try to pay before you set off and keep screenshots.
- Suspending the fines until 31 March 2027 is still in Senate committees (deadline: 13 November).
- A truck vignette paid for the period after 1 October can be refunded: apply in the CNAIR app by 29 December 2026.

Questions
What hauliers ask us
Is Tirko a lawyer?
No. Tirko explains the document, the deadlines and your options, and a specialist checks the answer. You review and sign the drafts yourself. For court cases we work with a partner law firm.
What happens if I don't pay a fine from abroad?
Under EU rules, a final fine of at least €70 can be enforced in your home country through the courts. It's cheaper to pay on time with the discount, or to appeal if there is a reason.
What about letters from Nivi or Euro Parking Collection?
Don't ignore them and don't pay blindly. Tirko checks the original fine, the deadlines and the fees being charged.
What happens to my data?
We use the document only to answer you. Type STOP to stop receiving messages and DELETE to have all your data deleted.
Who has access to my company's data?
Only you and the people you add in the app (dispatcher, accountant), with the rights you set. The data is stored encrypted on servers in the European Union. We don't sell it, we don't share it, and we are not a forwarder, so we don't compete with you for loads. We delete it whenever you ask.
